Ingredients
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh mango
1 cup vanilla yogurt or vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice, plus additional
1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 cup ice
1/2 cup blueberries or raspberries (optional)
Directions
- Place pineapple, mango, yogurt, citrus juices and ice cubes in a blender.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy.
- Add additional orange juice and/or ice cubes to reach desired consistency.
- Divide between 3 glasses.
- Garnish with blueberries or raspberries, if desired. This makes 3 servings.
